Use a URL like exchange.dial.global/govstack which will direct to a GovStack branded landing page. This page could be linked in the ‘Resources’ navigation in the Exchange, as well as in the Resources section of the GovStack site.
This page will link out to Use Cases, Building Blocks, Products, Opportunities. When users click on those links, it should open that page, but with filters already applied so it only shows items that are relevant to GovStack.
Keep the existing Exchange header and footer.
