This quarter’s updates focused on creating a tenant configuration panel and process that would meet the needs of one of our partners. UNICC is poised to launch their own exchange in 2025 that will catalog information on open source products being used across all UN organizations.

Improved candidate process for tenants that want to manage approvals on the system. Updates include

  • Creating a reference table

  • Approving for private viewing

  • Workflow for requesting more information from submitter

Expanded product candidate form

For tenants that require more information to manage products, there is now an expanded form option available with the following updates:

  • Configuration: ask user if they need a simple or expanded form

  • Use extended attributes in JSON file

  • Expanded form includes

    • Text Fields: Maintainer’s Name, official Email, Technical Documentation, User Guide. (array of maintainers)

    • Dropdowns: 

      1. Project Type: Use Case, Document,Software, AI model

      2. Project category Classification: (Same list as your building blocks)

      3. Business Area: Management, Operations,Marketing,Finance,Human Resources,Supply Chain,Programme Support

      4. SDG: (Already exist)

      5. Release status: Under Review, UN only, Public, Read only, Archive

      6. License:(Already exist)

    • Repository/upload: Link to existing repo or upload a repository zip file.
