REBRAND- The platform’s new name, The Digital Impact Exchange (or the Exchange, for short) reflects the evolution of what we offer. The Catalog, with all of the functionality that you know and love, still exists as is, but the new name helps us widen the scope and fill a much needed gap in the digital development ecosystem. The new name allows us to include (and steadily expand) a new marketplace area on the Exchange.
PRODUCT EVALUATION RUBRIC - A revised product evaluation rubric is now live for open source tools listed in the Exchange. The categories of automated indicators from GitHub are: 1) active maintenance, 2) software quality, 3) community health, 4) code review. And those from Digital Square are: 5) Global utility, 6) community support, 7) Impact.
NOW AVAILABLE: DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FILTER - Building blocks can either be foundational (i.e., DPI) or functional. There is now a filter available to distinguish both.
NEW CONTENT - 2 new agricultural use cases are available, and 3 2 new playbooks (Procurement Playbook, How to Add a Playbook and Picture-Based Insurance authored by IFPRI)
